ORDERING Your Custom Cake/Desserts:

1. Please email us ( [email protected] ) with all of the information we need to get your order started.

• Date of event! We need at least a 2 week notice for custom orders.
• Screenshots/ Pictures/ Any other ideas you want the cake and or dessert to look like
• How many people you need it to serve / How many pieces of the dessert you need
• Your name and number!

2. We will email you back as promptly as we can regarding your order!

POLICIES for Custom Orders:

1. After discussing about the order, a non-refundable 50% deposit is needed to book your custom order with us!

2. We will not be baking your orders without the deposit.

3. 

• If your event has been cancelled, you must notify me ONE MONTH beforehand in order for you to refund your 50% payment. If it's less than a month, we can use your deposit for a future event, 
• If your event has changed to a later date, you must at least notify me 2 weeks beforehand so I can better accommodate you.

4. Once the cake is picked up and out of our bakery. We are not responsible for any damages made by the person who picked up the custom cake or any venue your event takes place.
